The Regimental Dinning Room (Lakin Room) (8 – 12 guests)

The Regimental Dinning Room is the venue for our Waterloo Regimental Dinner, offering intimate dining for 8-12 guests. As the original Officers’ Mess it is dressed with the finest Regimental silver, crystal and crockery and is set against a backdrop of the hugely symbolic Regimental Colours.

The Dargai Dinner

Offering a more flexible alternative to the Waterloo Regimental Dinner but without the associated regimental traditions, the Dargai Dinner delivers an equally memorable evening; one that your guests will rightly cherish.

Following your sparkling wine reception, guests will enjoy a guided tour of the Museums galleries before dining in the beautiful surroundings of The Regimental Dining Room.

The Regimental Gallery (15 – 60 guests) 

The Regimental Galley is our larger venue for both our Doornkop Regimental Dinner, offering dining for 15-60 guests. Striking portraits of great Gordon Highlanders, original Regimental silver and a beautiful arched window create an outstanding atmosphere for exceptional dining and an unforgettable evening.

The Doornkop Regimental Dinner

Delight in the grandeur of the Regimental Dining Room, by hosting a Doornkop Regimental Dinner for 15 – 45 guests. Following your Champagne reception, guests will enjoy a guided tour of the Museum’s galleries before being piped into dinner. Regimental traditions and etiquette are part of the charm of the Doornkop Regimental Dinner which will assure you of a most memorable evening.
